Privacy policy

We collect your email, profile details and booking history to run the service.

Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never store card numbers.

Call recordings, where made, are kept only as long as needed to resolve disputes.

You can request account deletion from your account page. Requests are reviewed; submitting or reviewing a request does not automatically erase your account.

If you claim a host invitation, we store who invited you. The inviting host sees aggregate counts, not your contact details. Invitations do not currently earn financial rewards.
